Dear Readers,

For more than thirty years, I have helped entrepreneurs, educators, and families apply the principles of the corporate world to protect their assets, legally minimize taxes, and build lasting financial security. These strategies come from years of working alongside experienced CPAs, financial planners, and attorneys, combined with firsthand experience and the lessons gained from rebuilding through challenging circumstances.

The purpose of this book is simple. It is to provide the knowledge I wish I had when I was starting out. Knowledge that helps you avoid overpaying, empowers you to make informed decisions, and replaces confusion with confidence.

My passion is teaching people how to operate the way successful individuals do without needing a finance degree or relying on overpriced services. As Robert Kiyosaki said, “People think there are two sets of rules, one for the successful and one for everyone else. In truth, the rules are the same.”
